Email

We place an enormous amount of trust in our email providers - for any other online account you might have chances are it is connected to your email address in some way. This makes an email account an extremely powerful way to learn an enormous amount of information about a person. For this reason I chose Gmail as one of the first services I wanted to stop using.

I’ve moved the bulk of my email usage to ProtonMail and I’ve been extremely happy with it. I am looking forward to their additional calendar service which looks to be a promising replacement for Google’s calendar.
